at Dental Team Józefów

Dear Patients,

To ensure the highest quality of care, we kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled first appointment.

During this time, we will create your patient record. For this purpose, you will be asked to present a valid ID and provide your first and last name, contact phone number, home address, and PESEL number. You will then be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

Your first visit to our dental clinic may take place in one of the following three scenarios:

  1. Scheduled visit to begin comprehensive treatment.
    During this visit, we perform a dental examination, the necessary radiographic imaging, and intraoral photographs using a dental camera. This allows us to discuss your treatment needs together and prepare an individualized treatment plan.

  2. Referral from another dental clinic for specialist treatment at the request of the attending dentist.
    During the visit, a proposed treatment plan will be presented and, upon your approval, implemented.

  3. Emergency visit.
    If the reason for your visit is acute tooth pain, we will do everything possible during the appointment to relieve your discomfort.

Please familiarize yourself with the current price list.

For longer appointments, a deposit is required and is deducted from the total cost after the treatment is completed.

If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 working hours in advance, or in case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
